Ingredients:
Althaea officinalis (marshmallow), Echinacea purpurea (echinacea), Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice), Eriodictyon californicum (yerba santa), Hyssopus officinalis (hyssop), and Zingiber officinale (ginger). Prepare by decoction and infusion.

Dosage:
Add 1 heaping tablesoon of Bag 1 to one cup boiling water. Cover and gently cimmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add one heaping teaspoon of Bag 2. Cover and steep 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy as is or sweeten with honey. Drink 3 or more cups per day o
