Product Description:  Soothes temporary respiratory tract irritation.

Ingredients:
Althaea officinalis (marshmallow), Inula helenium (elecampane), Ligusticum porteri (osha), Verbascum thapsus (mullein), Prunus spp. (wild black cherry bark), Usnea spp. (old man's beard), Foeniculum vulgare (bitter fennel), Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice), Citrus sinensis (orange peel), propolis, and menthol crystals in a base of mountain spring water, honey, and 10–15% organic alcohol.

Dosage:
According to the label take 1/2 - 1 teaspoon, 1-6 times a day.

WARNINGS:

This formula is contraindicated during pregnancy. This product is not recommended for children under 1 year of age due to the honey content. Do not give any honey, propolis or other bee products to children under 1 year of age or to individuals with severely suppressed immune systems. For these individuals, use formulas with other sweeteners like glycerin. See Herbal CE II.
